day on down....

and a LOT more days to go! but i did very well I think for the first day! the weigh in was a nightmare, but i got through it with even more motivation!

Breakfast was 1 cup kashi go lean cereal, 1.5 cup strawberries, 1 cup lowfat yogurt.
Lunch was 2 cups of whole wheat pasta with 2 bites of sausage, kidney beans, green peppers, and onions, along with tomato sauce.

I worked out for 30 mins on the elliptical and even though it burned a lot I pushed through it only stopping a couple of times, but did NOT give up! this was a good sign.

I had a small banana after working out, then 10 sour cream and onion rice cakes, and 1-100 calorie pack(i was craving the chocolate!)

dinner we had a big salad with chopped apples, craisins, and homemade dressing, along withe some VERY juicy turkey burgers. they were delish!

I even filled my water intake for the day, actually exceeded it! so it was a wonderful day over all! now time for sleep....thanks for all of the encouragement!
