Do they make healthy food so expensive? they say this country is VERY over weight, but then the price for this healthy food is extrodinarily high and it goes bad quickly! gosh, which would you rather, be healthy and be poor, or be fat and die? hard toss up if you ask me....
Do babies grow so fast? This time last year I was recovering from a c-section, attempting to adjust myself into motherhood full-time. Now I am cutting his hair, watching him walk, and beat me up! what the h-e-double hockey sticks happened? can I get my baby back...well sure I can by having another one! speaking of babies...there he is waking up from his nap! so I guess I will end this here and write more later!

I completely agree on both points!!! It is sad that a bag of apples or oranges cost $4-5 but a bag of grease coated potato chips cost $2 or less!! I would LOVE to eat all organic healthy stuff but we do not have the budget for that at all...the best I can do is buy frozen veggies and frozen fruit which is a little cheaper...that way I at least know David is getting something healthy!
And they DO grow so fast!!! I keep wondering where I left my newborn!!!
I completely agree with both of your why's. The junk food is so cheap but the fruit and veggies you'll pay $5 for fruit, and even more for the organic food. We do the best we can and go to the farmers market during the summer, but man you think they'd make junk food expensive and health food cheap, imagine how much healthier the world would be.
As far as baby's growing up so fast I COMPLETELY agree. Noah has grown so fast, I'm sure time with the new little bean will go even faster.
