So each week we will have a set of goals to complete, my goal this week is to use that "coat rack" in the office for something other than a coat rack. I was going to start today, but I somehow hurt my knee so its bothering me, but our weigh in don't start until Monday. So chinese food here I come....
I seriously need to loose weight. I have tried just about EVERYTHING, except increase my excercising. I have a feeling that this is my problem. So I am going to put that $800 dollar machine to good use and hopefully by the time I have to go to Jess and Aaron's wedding, I will be shopping for a new outfit with Amy.
I could use all the encouragement I can get! Make it positive as I need to get my a$$ in gear. Be hard on me when I don't loose the weight or when I cheat. Cheer me on from the sidelines when I make a good food choice, park a little further away from the mall, and buy only good for you foods. I will be the first to admit I do well for a while and then it slips away....but i want to be here to see my son grow up and have babies of his own(hopefully not for at least another 25 years). We also think Avery needs to be a big brother and it would be nice if I could shed some of this weight within the next 6 months or so, so we are able to do this!
Of course what will happen is that, I will work my a$$ off and my lovely husband who is rail skinny already will somehow loose weight(although im not sure from where). The most important thing is to get healthy and active. To set a good example for Avery and hope that he doesn't have the eating habits that I have. So far so good...
So I shall be posting EVERYTHING I eat EVERYDAY! I promise I won't lie because this is the only thing that will work! And hopefully by the end of March we will have good news! If anyone has any thoughts to the matter, healthy snacks, healthy recipes, want to be my excercising buddy, I WOULD ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! I wish all my friends weren't so far away, but be with me girls! ill need you more now than ever!

Let me just add a note here to say that when we are shopping for outfits for Jess' wedding it will NOT be the night before or the day of her wedding when we do it...
OK, so I have something great to tell you both... I'll do it on this blog, since we all read them anyways. Today I went with Jen and Emily to pick up their dresses and Jen said something about if she could see my dress and Emily couldn't believe she hadn't seen it yet, so I had one of the salespeople bring it down and I put it on and once it was on and tied up, it was loose on me! I was pretty much tied into it like a sack of potatoes back in September! Today the straps were falling down and it was loose in the back... not too bad, but it was loose, I almost started crying I was so happy! I worked my ass off to lose the 20 pounds and it felt wonderful to know my dress fit!
Oh... if it's the night before the wedding, you'll have to shop for them after the rehearsal dinner... LOL But really when you want to go let me know, I want to come with you!
Jess congrats on the dress! You should be very proud of yourself!
Heather I am here for you! Anytime you want an exercise bud call me. I have been reading the Bob Greene book and journaling and so far that has helped me get back on track!
