Interview me!

On Lori's blog, she did an Interview Me entry today! So I read all her answers and now in return she is interviewing me!! If you would like me to interview you, just post a comment and let me know!

Question 1: Growing up what did you think you would be? What do you want to do once your little ones are in school? I wanted to be a Marine Biologist for the longest time...and then in high school after a co-op position I decided to go into teaching.

After the kids are in school...I may either decide to continue to stay home and do the daycare(or NOT) or try to get into the school systems being paraprofession. Although, Im probably over qualified for that, unless Massachusetts changes their laws that is what I will have to be!

Question 2: How did you choose the name Avery? Are you considering any of the names you eliminated with Avery for your new little one? I came across Avery in the baby book one day...I decided I loved it. It took a little more convincing to get Keith to like it, but one day he came home and Avery was on the nursery door! So I won!! hehe We both LOVE the name and fits him so well!

The only other name we had that Keith wanted was Alexander...this has been vetoed so far because it is sooo long esp. with our last name. This baby has a short list of boy names so far...but as for a girl name, we got nothing. We did have a girl name picked out for Avery...which was Gracelynn, but now Keith doesn't like it!

Question 3: If you could go anywhere and money wasn't an object, where would you like to go and why? Right now it would be somewhere warm! lol Either Australia or Hawaii...if I could get over the plane ride. I think they would both be beautiful places to visit and see and a once in a lifetime opportunity!

Question 4: How did you meet your husband? Were you shocked when he asked you to marry him? I actually met my dear husband online through a dating service...niether of us remember which one. We took it slow and safe and here we are today...let's not frown upon this people! It's really no different than if you met a person in a bar. They can still be creepy there too!

I wasn't shocked when he asked me to marry him b/c we had looked at rings the day before and I was with him when he dropped off the check to buy it. He is also a terrible LIAR and was trying to be clever and it didn't work! It totally backfired and was very unromantic!

Question 5: When you have time alone (I know yeah right what is that!), what is your favorite thing to do? Is it the same answer you would have given before you had kids? If not what would that answer have been? I like to read or be crafty...by sewing quilts. This is probably what I would do before I had kids as well. I also like to shop...that's does require alone time...mostly!
